MEET FIFI- THE WOMAN BEHIND THE METHOD

I’m Fifi, a globally trained fitness instructor, model, and wellness creative with over 10 years of experience. Certified in both personal training and reformer Pilates, I’ve developed a method that blends the precision of Pilates, the sculpting power of barre, and the intensity of functional strength training.

My journey in movement began early. From taekwondo to track and field, sport has always been part of who I am. Today, I bring that same energy and discipline into every session, with a refined, personalised approach that adapts to your body and your goals.
